Job Summary
The Call Center Representative will function as the primary support contact for vehicle owners and dealership staff, delivering expert assistance on vehicle features, maintenance scheduling, warranty, and recalls. This role is critical for ensuring high first-call resolution and maintaining brand loyalty within the automotive sector.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately maintain and update customer records and databases, ensuring all information is current and efficiently organized.
- Actively promote the company’s products and services to build customer interest and identify new sales opportunities during service interactions.
- Answer all customer inquiries and facilitate reservations for both sales and service appointments.
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, effectively addressing customer inquiries, logging suggestions, and resolving complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Education & Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
Competencies
- Ability to explain information simply.

- CRM and call center system usage.
Skills
- Effective multitasking and time management to meet KPIs.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
